Hello crunchers,
right now I'm using my PC with a 3060 and a 16-core Ryzen to crunch for Einstein@home to heat my office (even though I'm trippin balls looking at the energy prices for green energy in Germany right now).
I would like to hear your opinion which projects are the most promising regarding actual detections (not speaking about credits). For a few weeks now I'm running MerKAT tasks because it seemed to be exciting to crunch new data from a new observatory.
I've seen in the news lately that w're already done with viewing the data, after which there will be a reprocessing taking place. How about the other projects? Can we expect more detections or are the low-hanging fruits already in a pie?
Have a nice day (or morning / evening / night, I'm not a flat earther).
Markus

Yes, I'm only doing Einstein right now, I'm talking about applications (had to look into the menu to check how we call them, I remembered 'project' but that seems incorrect).

Personally I would think the Moderator Gary Roberts would have the details, as much as he's allowed to say, more than the rest of us.
