Anybody know how to get CPU work for 64bit Raspberry Pi4 please?
You go into your account, select preferences then project and select the venue your Pi is in and then you select the
Binary Radio Pulsar Search (Arecibo) tasks and once you tell Einstein to get the tasks it should. There's also a whole thread on people trying to make it work here:
Thank you @Mikey for the prompt answer. I do get WU for that project but sadly they give a Computation Error almost immediately. i will read that thread though in case someone has posted the solution - I am hoping it is just missing libraries or an alt_platform thing
pick a preference set (generic, home, school, work), under account, preferences, project --> use cpu: yes, beta settings: yes, applications: check "gamma ray pulsar search #5"
under account, preferences, computing there may be a need to make adjustments in "disk and memory usage". for "Memory in use/not in use" try 60% then adjust if necessary
EDIT: after making these changes "update the project" in boinc. you should see "transfer activity" in Boinc.
