    I've been getting this on two different PCs, what does that mean? Other WUs uploaded normal.

      It seems that the file upload handler wasn't happy about something but when you actually look at the tasks lists for both your computers, there appears to be no problems. The specific TaskID output you linked to contains no errors and the task is pending the return from another host. If there was any problem with your task it wouldn't be 'pending' and there would be a third copy of the task in the quorum already. So it looks like you can safely ignore the message.

        Not 100% sure it has anything to do with the upload error, but I now have 3 WUs with Validate error.

          Since monday morning I am getting constant network errors while reporting.

                  Yes I am now seeing the exact same error pattern ... it began after fetching tasks getting '0' and then received the 'server can't parse configuration file error'. message received at 09:00:00 PM Mountain Time. After this all upload are getting punted and retries are issued.

                  Should we suspend uploads for awhile or is it that the files being supplied have issues?

                        I think it is up on the server -- I did a project reset -- didn't resolve problem. Then I did a detatch and reattach -- same problem:
