Asks for a password I don't have.

    Signed up. Got the link in my email. Clicked on it. It redirected me to change my password. Which I did. But it then asked for my OLD password, in order to change to the new password. I don't have an old password. What next?

      You should have given BOINC a password when you first signed up, otherwise you wouldn't be here.  Did you?

      You have already gone through the choices of projects offered to you through BOINC, haven't you?

      If the answer is NO to either or both questions, then you will need to do so.  If not, you'll need to think about what your password is.
